You can also practice talking to numbers. You can start by writing down numbers from one to 100. You can then see how your mind reacts to those numbers. See what numbers set your mind rolling and how other numbers reduce the strength of your voice or reduce the speed with which you speak. This will further help you understand the importance of self-control.
