Assessment

Physiotherapists are university-trained health professionals who are experts in injury diagnosis, treatment and management, and providing comprehensive education on injuries and how to prevent them. Our physiotherapists are dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalised ‘hands-on’ treatments and rehabilitation programs designed to achieve the best long-term results for each patient.

Our physiotherapists are experienced in treating all musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, including neck and back pain, sports injuries, repetitive strain injuries (tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow), arthritis and work-related injuries. They are also trained in assessing functional movement and biomechanics to help identify and reduce movement dysfunction or inefficiencies.

A thorough injury assessment is critical to a speedy recovery and regular activity return. During the initial consultation, our physiotherapists will listen carefully to your symptoms, discuss the history of the injury and any factors that may have contributed to its development, and advise on whether further investigations or scans are required. They will then develop a personalised management plan to ensure the best outcomes.

We pride ourselves on offering our patients the latest evidence-based physiotherapy treatments and rehabilitation. It includes dry needling, musculoskeletal and sports massage, physio running assessments and clinical pilates classes (both equipment & mat-based).

Whether you are an elite athlete or enjoy playing socially with friends, our sports physio Adelaide team will help get you back on the field. Our Physiotherapists are also happy to work with your club coaches and trainers to ensure you can return to training and compete at the highest level possible whilst minimising injury risk.
